Puppy Will Leave at 8 weeks and go to our certified Dog Trainer for a Minimum of 2 weeks and Maximum of 16 Weeks. Space is limited for each litter. Puppy will work on Potty Training, Crate Training, Basic Commands, and Socialization.

Terms and Conditions: • You must be 18 years or older or have a parent that will also sign to ensure the well-being of the puppy. • You understand the breeder reserves the right of pick of litter regardless of picking order. • You understand if you pass on a litter you will go to the bottom of the picking list • You acknowledge that you are prepared to spend the necessary money for proper care and training. • You agree to spay and neuter the puppy before or at 1 year of age and will prevent accidental breeding before this occurs for all puppies. • You agree your $500 deposit on a puppy is non-refundable. • We reserve the right not to sell a puppy to someone for any reason. • All puppies will remain at CNR Farms until the full payment is received and sale agreement is signed. • You agree to sign the sales document before the final sale of the puppy. (a copy can be provided in advance) Please sign that you understand the terms and conditions of purchasing a puppy from us and that you were honest in filling out your Puppy Interest Form.*
